What we do
Interior construction for shops, studios, offices and restaurants, planned around the building's rules and the tenant's opening date.
Plumbing for commercial tenancies and light industry, from sinks and fixtures in a fit-out to process pipework for breweries and food producers.
On-site welding in carbon steel, stainless and aluminum, using MIG, TIG, stick and flux-core.
About
Presco Contracting was founded by Red Seal tradespeople who wanted the construction, pipework and metal on a commercial job handled by one company, rather than three and a schedule that never quite lines up.
Work is self-performed rather than passed down a chain of subcontractors, and the trades who quote a job are the trades who do it.
